Stirrup is a startup that finds vacant housing from real estate professionals and transforms it into springboard housing for people who are homeless or in very precarious housing (Women victims of violence, refugees, workers or precarious students, young outgoing from ASE, etc.). The owners lend their accommodation free of charge (excluding charges) for 6 months, and can therefore exempt up to 66% of the equivalent of the rent offered on the principle of donation in kind to an association of general interest. The beneficiaries are sheltered, but above all are supported by integration associations for easier access to sustainable housing.

Stirrup captures vacant accommodation, digitizes the entire contractual relationship between owners, integration associations and beneficiaries. The start-up secures by managing the insurance and guarantees subscription necessary to cover incidents, claims or damage to the accommodation and by ensuring weekly monitoring with associations.
She values the free loan of housing in donation in kind allowing the owners to tax-free and especially and  the impact with the government with the avoided costs on the accommodation of the beneficiaries.

Thanks to the launch of the Orange Women Entrepreneur Class 2, Stirrup was featured in the local press (Grand Lille TV and Vozer) Stirrup had the chance to participate in several events thanks to Orange, including the inauguration of the new regional headquarters in Les Hauts de France and also the Women’s Global Forum in Paris. As part of its support, Stirrup was present at the ChangeNOW summit. Stirrup has had individual coaching, and punctual support from a certified personal development coach; visibility via a stand at Orange events or via social networks; a welcome at the Orange shop in March to meet customers; 5 collective professionalization workshops (example: cyber-security or digital communication).
