Solarpak is fighting against inequality by allowing every student to study, even when they don’t have electricity at home.
They provide backpacks with solar panels that store energy from exposure to the sun during their walk to and from school, providing approximately four hours of light when the children get home.
The start-up has the ambition to support education in Africa, by enabling children to study in all circumstances.
