N’walima is a digital platform offering small jobs to young people in Guinea. It is accessible via the web and a mobile app (Android) and targets 15-35 year olds and especially students to help them finance their studies. As well as financial independence, the solution enables these young people to acquire vital work experience which they can promote on their CV and also develop relationships with potential employers before the end of their studies.

After registering online, the user can access different job listings (hairdressing, delivery driver, tutoring, telemarketing etc) and apply directly online. Once recruited, they are paid via Orange Money.

N’Walima won the national competition to represent Guinea-Conakry in the 2018 Orange Social Venture Prize Africa & Middle East.
