[VivaTech] Start-ups, a wealth of benefits… for other start-ups!

Not all open innovation partnerships are between start-ups and large organisations: meetings with other new businesses are another way to make the most of the VivaTech ecosystem. With more than 8,000 start-ups from 103 countries, there are plenty of opportunities.

When start-ups meet there can be sparks

VivaTech’s promise can be measured by the exponential growth in the number of start-ups present: up 60% compared to 2016. The previous two editions of VivaTech showed the crucial importance of on-site meetings between companies of all sizes and from all sectors.

Bringing together communal knowledge is at the heart of the 2018 show, backed by a growing support system: Startup Academy, feedback, targeted advice from VCs and accelerators, coaching. It would be a shame to limit “open innovation” partnerships to the relationship between start-ups and large organisations. VivaTech offers opportunities for equal-sized partners to meet in order to discuss how to overcome pain points to critical business activities and discuss best practices and solutions.
